Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to make purchases. If under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. By using this site, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Product Drops & Availability

• All posters are limited edition and may never be restocked.
• Orders are confirmed only once payment is received in full. Items in cart are not reserved.
• Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipment, subject to variation during peak periods.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

3. Payments

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Touch ‘n Go, and GrabPay. Payment instructions are provided at checkout. Payments must be completed within 24 hours to secure your order.

Additional payment options may be introduced in the future. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4. Shipping

• We currently ship within Malaysia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be provided where possible.
• Delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control, but updates will be communicated promptly.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Replacements & Refunds

• Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
• Returns for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, photographs, designs, text, and related content are the property of The8thArchive and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

Free wallpapers and digital downloads are provided strictly for personal use. Commercial use, redistribution, or modification without written permission is not allowed.

7. User Conduct

The8thArchive fosters respect and authenticity within car culture. Harassment, hate speech, exploitation, or misuse of our content will result in suspension or bans from all platforms associated with The8thArchive.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays, courier errors, or failures by third-party service providers.
• Your use of this website and its content is at your own risk. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
• Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total price paid for the item(s) purchased.

9. Changes to Terms

The8thArchive may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
